⭐️🌟⭐️Spotlight Author Interview: CC Monroe⭐️🌟⭐️
I have gotten to meet several authors through going to signings. I had read CC Monroe when I reviewed Steal You, one of her co-writes with KD Robichaux so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I met her. CC was an absolute love and I was super excited to meet her. She was so friendly and sunshiney. She was on my wish list of authors that I wanted to interview. So I was super stoked when she got pulled. CC did not even know she was on the list lol, but she agreed!! I told y’all I stalk my authors. I have so much fun coming up with questions…

Review & Release: Skirt by K.L. Savage
I have to be honest I binge read this series over the course of two days. It started with me choosing the prequel, then I had to read about a certain character. I could not stop reading. K.L. Savage has created a huge world for people to get lost in. I fell down this rabbit hole but don’t try to save me. Instead join me in a dark and gritty world, where the men are fierce and the women are just as strong. I’ll be honest there was more to Skirt than I expected. His backstory blew me out of the water. The emotion and depth that Savage brought to her lead male character will…

🎧Audio Review: Blank Canvas by Liberty Parker🎧
In all honesty I read the book days before I listened to the audible. I wasn’t expecting to be able to listen to the book. But who am I to turn down the chance. I fully enjoyed the book and the audio. Sarah Puckett and Connor Brown did an exceptional job bringing the characters to life for me. Sarah Puckett was able to portray both the tougher and sweeter vulnerable sides of Ariel. Bringing out different sides of a person can be difficult, yet Puckett was able to do so and keep it consistent. Connor Brown’s voice is very sexy and soothing but with enough force that he makes a…

Review: Hooking by Kristine Allen
Hooking is the first hockey romance by Kristine Allen. Anyone who has read Allen before knows she brings her books to life with every word she types and Hooking is no exception to that. Her first foray into a sports romance is, in my personal opinion, a huge success. While MC favorites make brief appearances you find yourself totally entrenched into the hockey world. The chemistry between Alex and Sydney is explosive from the first meeting. Allen is able to bring together her lead characters seamlessly. She gets you to invest in them, separately and as a couple. You root them on. Kristine Allen has created a world that you…

⭐️⭐️Liberty Parker – Exclusive Spotlight Interview ⭐️⭐️
As a reader/blogger that attends multiple signings a year I am blessed to meet many authors. Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Liberty Parker at a couple of events (and somehow don’t have any pictures still). Liberty is such a sweet person, albeit very shy, unlike her co-writer and dear friend, Darlene Tallman. I was excited when her name came up for our Spotlight Author! I had read a couple of her co-written books but since I’m not bogged down on requested reviews (I’m currently on a self inflicted hiatus from requests) I grabbed her Diva Ink series and binged, so good and I highly recommend them, to…

Review: #LoveStrong by Courtney Lynn Rose
Every now and then there is a book that comes out of no where and just slays you. You can’t let it go. It has buried itself so deep into your skin that it has become a piece of you. That is #LoveStrong for me. I’m not a person who is easy to cry or really let anything get that deep into me, yet Courtney Lynn Rose totally ripped me to pieces within just the prologue of #LoveStrong. I read this book a couple weeks ago but when a book sticks to me like this I have to back away and let it run its course so that I can…

Do Not Disturb by Kristine Dugger
Have you ever read a book that makes you feel like you are sitting around with friends, listening to one of them tell you about what is going on in their life? That is what Kristine Dugger has made her newest release Do Not Disturb feel like. Her lead characters, Lennox and Vivienne, are relatable and loveable. Dugger has created such a sweet and sexy world that I wanted to dive right in. Her characters are relatable, funny, and engaging. These are people I want to met in real life. Lennox has me hooked to the point that I claimed him. Seriously what human doesn’t want an attentive lover? Do…

Review: It’s Always Been You by Hadley Raydeen
When you loved and connected with a book so much that you just can’t find the words or your voice, that’s me right now with It’s Always Been You by Hadley Raydeen. I have sat here trying to write this review for over two weeks. The words and emotions I’ve been trying to pour out were stuck in my throat and finger tips. Yes, that is how deeply I feel for Karis and Rhett. For they are me and I am them. I don’t normally become so attached to characters, but that just shows you the strength of Raydeen’s talent. She draws you in to a world without you even…

A Sweet Mess by Jayci Lee
With all that is going on in the world today, Jayci Lee gave me what I didn’t even know I needed. Her book, A Sweet Mess, was a breath of fresh air and nonstop laughs. Expertly written, deliciously funny, and hotter than the kitchen. I started A Sweet Mess without reading the synopsis, so I truly had no idea what to expect. This was also the first of Ms. Lee’s books for me. For some, going in completely blind is scary. For me, it helps me form my own opinions without any bias. What I found was an amazing and hilarious love story. What I got was a much needed…

Review: Dishing Up Love by KD Robichaux
Finding a good romcom to read can be hard to find, writing one (I can only imagine) even harder, with everyone’s sense of humor being so different. Or maybe I am just picky. Then BOOM! That’s KD Robichaux kicking in the door with Dishing Up Love. Is there anything this woman cannot write? I have read several of her other books, from her debut autobiographical love story to her dark romances, and she always draws me in and holds me captive with her words. Dishing Up Love is no exception. Robichaux has a way of making her characters feel like they’re your best friends. Each character is so relatable. The…
