Kristine Allen does it again. Not only did she write a love story to end all love stories. She hired two amazing narrators, Kylie Stewart and Eric Rolon, to draw us in. WOW! Did that work. Eric is the perfect Styx. His voice is just gruff enough that you want to get closer. Kylie portrays Gwen perfectly. Both narrators make you want the story to continue. The emotions they convey are superb. The hawt AF scenes are even hotter with the dual narrative. I will definitely be listening to more of Kristine’s book. I have been a Kristine Allen fan for a while now. I have high expectations when it comes to anything that bares her name. Lock & Load surpassed those expectations. The story was fast paced, explosive and kept me on the edge of my seat. All of that before I got to listen to the audible. I’m new to reviewing for audibles. In all honesty I read the book days before I listened to the audible. I wasn’t expecting to be able to listen to the book. But who am I to turn down the chance.
