Review: Through the Water by Shannon Myers
Shannon Myers blew me out of the water with her book, Through the Waters. Myers is known for her her MC books, so that’s where I know her from. Through the Waters is a book that takes on several new elements for me. Her main characters, Ariana and Killian, have such depth. I love watching how these two relate from the beginning. The storyline is unique. I love how Myers was able to interweave the past and present of her main characters. Drawing it all to one huge conclusion. There really are so many aspects to this story that I didn’t expect but that truly pulled at the heart strings. …

Review: Hawk by Torrie Robles
Okay it’s confession time: I am a Devil’s Fury groupie. Yep you read that right. I can’t help it. She got me first with Sin, then Lick and now with Hawk I have declared myself a less slutty groupie. Why?? Because I can’t for the life of me choose which of these men I want more!! Hawk takes place during the same time as the previous books, Sin and Lick, so reading those two books first is almost necessary (trust me you’ll eat them up). Reading them will help you with knowledge of some of the other side characters. Tessa is running from her past, from the love of her…

Review: The Now or Never Moment Omnibus by Katie Kaleski
With everything going on in my personal life (that’s a whole other post ya’ll) I’m not sure if this was the book that I should have read or exactly what I needed. First let me say this book deals with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. I suffer from the first two daily. And I have personally dealt with the last one. During the last couple weeks I have been quiet on my blog due to the first one (depression). This is a hard time of the year for me. I’ll address that in a post sometime this week. With all that being said I think that Katie Kaleski handled and…

I am going to give fair warning on this book and I hope that you take it seriously. Thank you Nicky for taking a such a serious real world problem and writing about it with such compassion and honesty. Ember Skies thrusts you into the world of Ember, a woman sho lives in fear for her life and her beautiful child, Harlee’s life. I honestly don’t want to tell you everything that Ember goes through.…
