Styx and Stones by Kristine Allen
Series: Demented Sons MC #2
Genres: MC Romance
Goodreads

I'm the Enforcer for the Demented Sons MC. I don't do beach hook-ups with a prim-ass school teacher. And I sure as hell don't obsess over the chick afterward. But that's exactly what I did.

Remembering every inch of her luscious body, every damn sound she’d uttered — I fell into a hole I couldn’t crawl out of. A five foot nothing, legs for days, hole.

No choice, I made a decision. Come hell or high water, the school teacher was gonna be mine....

Except I didn’t realize she had a past I couldn’t survive.

Kristine Allen does it again. Not only did she write a love story to end all love stories. She hired two amazing narrators, Kylie Stewart and Eric Rolon, to draw us in. WOW! Did that work. Eric is the perfect Styx. His voice is just gruff enough that you want to get closer. Kylie portrays Gwen perfectly. Both narrators make you want the story to continue. The emotions they convey are superb. The hawt AF scenes are even hotter with the dual narrative.

I will definitely be listening to more of Kristine’s book.

Review: Boomer’s Rise by K.L. Savage

Okay ya’ll, I am not even going to lie I squealed when I got this! I mean seriously who isn’t in love Boomer? Shhh… just don’t tell his main squeeze. K.L. Savage did not let me down. I dove into Boomer’s Rise like a kid in a candy store. And then I devoured him and his club.   Knowing how the Atlantic City chapter started and then to see how far they have come was wonderful. Of course it would […]

Review: Tongue’s Target

Review: Tongue’s Target

Tongue’s Target gives us a closer deeper look into Tongue’s mind and life after his finding his love Daphne. I love how K.L. Savage leaps into his psyche. They don’t try to make him softer even though he’s found his one. While Daphne draws him out of the shadows more and more, he still lurks there.   In Tongue’s Target he is reminded of why, at times, it is best for him to lurk. Savage rips what you think is […]

Review: Lunatic by K.L.Savage

Lunatic  is the first book in  another ground breaking series by K.L. Savage. Let me just say they delivered another hard punching, gut wrenching, and heart pulling story. Lunatic makes you want to hug and protect those that many would deem unlovable or unwanted.   I have faithfully read the Ruthless Series by K.L. Savage and I knew that the Ruthless Asylum series would be just as fascinating. Yet for some reason it still blows me away that these two […]

Review: Dancing with Sin by Alexandria Lee

Alexandria Lee has written an extremely hot, emotionally driven, and how the hell did it come to be this way story. Alice and Ethan are characters that you probably know their doppelgänger in real life. A dancer and a soon-to-be lawyer whose lives are entangled with one another.   Watching Alice & Ethan struggle their way through and try to find happiness in their lives will have you turning the pages fast. I so want to go more deeply into […]

Review: Behind the Flame by..

Review: Behind the Flame by Renee Harless

Behind the Flame is my first venture into Renee  Harless’s writing. This is a slow paced love story. Harless builds small towns, like I grew up in. So it’s a world I relate to. Both the main characters have just moved to Carson. I don’t feel like the story would work if it was a quicker pace. Small town are a slower living so the pace makes sense and works. The build up to Ridge and River noticing each other […]

Review: Knives by KL Savage

I am such a fan of KL Savage. With every book they are able to make you feel for their characters. Each story is unique and fresh. They have been able to build a world that is realistic, terrifying in ways and yet completely addictive. Knives is book 10 in the Ruthless King series. Savage continues to impress me with every book that I devour. Yes, I devour their writings like they are the air I need to live. I […]

Review: Ruthless Christmas ..

Review: Ruthless Christmas by KL Savage

The Groundskeeper from Ruthless Halloween is making his presence known again. KL Savage has brought back an almost perfect antagonist in Groundskeeper. A man who knows more than most about the Ruthless Kings. He aims and hits his mark with precision. That doesn’t mean he takes them out, just that he keeps the club on their guard. I love how Savage twists the club around. You’d think that after all that these men and women have gone through that there […]
