Review & Release: Skirt by K.L. Savage

Skirt (Ruthless Kings MC, #5) by K.L. Savage
Genres: MC Romance
Goodreads

I have to be honest I binge read this series over the course

of two days. It started with me choosing the prequel, then

I had to read about a certain character. I could not stop

reading. K.L. Savage has created a huge world for people

to get lost in. I fell down this rabbit hole but don’t try to

save me. Instead join me in a dark and gritty world,

where the men are fierce and the women are just as strong.

I’ll be honest there was more to Skirt than I expected. His

backstory blew me out of the water. The emotion and depth

that Savage brought to her lead male character will make

you want to reach out to him. Watching his journey to find

his love and seeing his growth drags you in. It makes you

want to hunt down your own Skirt. Well at least it did me.

When an author can bring such strong emotions, such as

empathy, understanding, lust and even love out of reader,

you know that they will continue to do that in upcoming

works. Skirt can be read as a standalone, in my opinion.
BUT, seriously the minute you finish you’ll go back to the

beginning because you’ll be completely hooked. The

Ruthless Kings will rule your world and K.L. Savage

will have you on your knees bowing to her

phenomenal talent and begging for the next book.

There are a few things people know about me.
I’m Scottish with an accent to prove it.
I really hate pants.
I’m a Ruthless King. One thing people don’t know?
I don’t fight because I have to.
I breathe it.
I live it.
I love it. Flesh.
Blood.
Brass Knuckles. I lived my life fighting for nothing.
Until I saw something worth fighting for.
Her. Dawn belongs to one of my rivals.
An Irish bloke with more power than common sense.
The kind of man stupid enough to use it.
And stupid enough to put bruises on her pretty face. This fight won’t be
my last.
But it may be his.
If he tries anything stupid with me?
He’s gonna find out that my MC always has my back.
Even if it starts a war…

Author Bio
K.L. Savage decided they were tired of looking for the kind
of books they wanted to read. They had an itch that needed to be scratched, and
as every girl knows, nothing scratches better than an alpha.
They write about gritty, alpha males, sometimes their dark sides, and the women
they love.
If you have the same itch, their alpha males should fix that.

Review: Hooking by Kristine..

Review: Hooking by Kristine Allen

Hooking is the first hockey romance by Kristine Allen. Anyone who has read Allen before knows she brings her books to life with every word she types and Hooking is no exception to that. Her first foray into a sports romance is, in my personal opinion, a huge success.  While MC favorites make brief appearances you find yourself totally entrenched into the hockey world. The chemistry between Alex and Sydney is explosive from the first meeting. Allen is able to […]

Review: It’s Always Been You by Hadley Raydeen

When you loved and connected with a book so much that you just can’t find the words or your voice, that’s me right now with It’s Always Been You by Hadley Raydeen. I have sat here trying to write this review for over two weeks. The words and emotions I’ve been trying to pour out were stuck in my throat and finger tips. Yes, that is how deeply I feel for Karis and Rhett. For they are me and I […]

A Sweet Mess by Jayci Lee

A Sweet Mess by Jayci Lee

With all that is going on in the world today, Jayci Lee gave me what I didn’t even know I needed. Her book, A Sweet Mess, was a breath of fresh air and nonstop laughs. Expertly written, deliciously funny, and hotter than the kitchen. I started A Sweet Mess without reading the synopsis, so I truly had no idea what to expect. This was also the first of Ms. Lee’s books for me. For some, going in completely blind is […]

Review: Dishing Up Love by KD Robichaux

Finding a good romcom to read can be hard to find, writing one (I can only imagine) even harder, with everyone’s sense of humor being so different. Or maybe I am just picky. Then BOOM! That’s KD Robichaux kicking in the door with Dishing Up Love. Is there anything this woman cannot write? I have read several of her other books, from her debut autobiographical love story to her dark romances, and she always draws me in and holds me […]

Review: Wicked Games by A.M. Myers

I have read Myers since her first book. I have watched her talent grow. Myers has the ability of pulling you into her books, making you a part of the world. It’s actually sad that this is the last of the series. Each of her books draws you deeper into the Bayou Devils world. After Rowan’s life has imploded she up and moves to be closer to her brother, Lincoln. Lincoln’s life is in a chaotic state as well. The […]
