She wished for death. A killer showed up at her door.
EloiseLife left me when my family died.I thought I wanted to die, too, until death comes knocking on my door.Only, instead of killing me, he breathes new life into me.For the first time in my existence, I'm scared. Because when that life is taken from me, I'll have nothing left.
CrowI have one rule: leave no traces behind. She compromised my identity and needs to be eliminated. So fucking simple, right? Not even close. When she welcomes death with open arms, I can't pull the trigger.Breaking my one rule would not only put my life in danger, but it would completely destroy hers.
Crowed is a standalone, romantic, contemporary suspense with tones of darkness. This is the first book of Team Zero’s series, has no cliffhanger and no cheating, and ends on a HEA. Due to language and sexual content, this is advised for mature audience only.

I received this book for free from in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. The thoughts and feelings of the book are mine and mine alone.

When we meet Crow he is detoxing himself off of Omega, a drug that makes him forget everything and care for no one. After all isn’t that what all drugs do? Crow was kidnapped and turned into an assassin. He is one of the best, one of the elite, he is part of Team Zero.

Eloise is a nurse who wants nothing more than to just fade away. She has already lost all that matters to her most in life, her family. So when Crow crashes into her life Eloise wasn’t quite sure what to do. He needed refuge and she needed a reason to live.

Kent makes you invested with the development of Eloise and Crow. You root for them as the underdog. Even though Crow knows he’s putting Eloise in danger he just can’t seem to keep away. She doesn’t want him to. Through the most unexpected things people can find love so strong. You have to read Crowed. I couldn’t put it down and I’m betting neither will you.
